QualiVision Remote Support empowers you with direct access to our expert technical support engineers, who can connect directly to your QualiVision system via TeamViewer or similar Services. This service ensures secure and efficient communication, allowing for quick troubleshooting and significant cost savings. Our experience indicates that approximately 80% of issues can be resolved through Remote Support, thanks to the expertise of our highly skilled application engineers.

Remote Support Options

To reduce the administration effort for such support requests and allow an immediate start of the troubleshooting we recommend one of the following 2 options

Remote support prepaid account

  • You pay upfront for a certain amount of support hours (e.g. 10 hours). This amount is credited to your support account and allows your technicians to call our helpline and get support without any further barrier.
  • In this option you get a 10% discount on our hourly rate

Remote support pay as you go

  • You create a pro forma support order. This allows your technicians to receive support without any further administration. We will then send you a monthly invoice for the support provided.

To ensure that our systems operate at the highest level in your plant and that you get all the benefits of the QualiReader, we now offer a preventive system maintenance service that will increase your production efficiency.
The system check is carried out by our highly qualified application engineers.

Spare part kits

  • Even though there is typically very little wear and tear in our reliable vision systems it can always happen that a certain electronic component fails. In that case it is important to have a spare component readily available to reduce down-time of the machine.
  • We therefore strongly recommend to have a spare part kit on-site to avoid delays caused by part availability, shipping and customs.
  • Depending on the preventive maintenance subscription you have you will get the spare pare kit at a discounted price
